The PROCERA® AllCeram system is a variety of extremely dense-sintered aluminum oxide cores ideal for crowns, laminates, bridges and im plant abutments. The strength in the core material is such that AllCeram can be used for prosthetic reconstruction anywhere in the mouth. Procera® AllCeram is 99.5 percent pure aluminum oxide and is biocompatible.

More and more patients are requesting constructions that do not contain metal or other alloys, which greatly minimize the risk of allergic reactions. PROCERA®

AllCeram provides the translucent beauty of an all-ceramic tooth yet prepares and cements like an ordinary crown. It’s as close to the real thing as you can get. Long-term clinical studies over ten years have shown Procera to be durable and consistent with unlimited potential.

The Procera System is not limited to single restorations; nor is it limited in terms of esthetics or strength. Presently there is Procera AllCeram 0.4 mm, which allows optimal strength and esthetics and has the ability for white and ultra translucent shades. The original AllCeram 0.6 mm allows excellent strength ands esthetics. The new AllZirkon has much greater strength and yet maintains the esthetics. The AllCeram 0.6 mm is ideal for strong anterior and posterior bridges.

We at Marotta Dental Studio have long been involved in the research of Cad Cam technology and alternatives to traditional ceramic-to-metal restorations. We have been involved with the Procera System since the start in the early 1980’s when we constructed the first all-titanium implant bridges. With this experience we are able to achieve better fits and esthetics with the Procera system. We know how to tweak the system where others do not.
