Dr. Avishai Sadan, DMD
Dr. Avishai Sadan, DMD received his training in prosthodontics from the LSU School of Dentistry and has also completed a fellowship in prosthodontics emphasizing esthetic and implant dentistry at LSU. Dr. Sadan is professor and chairman of the Department of Comprehensive Care, Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. A member of several professional organizations including the American College of Prosthodontists, the Academy of Osseointegration, the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the American College of Dentists, OKU Dental Honor Society, and other organizations, he maintains an intramural practice limited to fixed and implant prosthodontics. He is the editor-in-chief of Quintessence International, the editor-in-chief of Quintessence of Dental Technology (QDT), served on the editorial boards of other journals, and has lectured and published nationally and internationally on esthetic and implant dentistry and biomaterials.
Lenny Marotta, CDT, MDT, PhD
Lenny Marotta graduated from the Kerpel school of Dental Technology in New York City. Lenny continued his training through graduate studies at Farleigh Dickenson University, where he focused on Gnathology and SubPeriosteal, Blade and Staple implants. He earned his CDT in four categories: Ceramics, Crown and Bridge, Partials, and Dentures. Lenny is one of the founding members of the Master of Dental Technology, ASMDT Certificate program at NYU.
Lenny studied with the first graduating class of restorative dentists and surgeons in the Branemark system from the University of Toronto in 1984.
Lenny is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Implant Dentistry, Restorative and Prosthodontic Science, and the department of Biomaterials and Biomimetics at New York University College of Dentistry.
He is an Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Engineering Technologies at the State University of New York at Farmingdale.
Lenny is the owner of Marotta Dental Studio and MDS Cranial Facial Engineering, which specializes in the fabrication of titanium medical and dental implant prosthetics. |
