Gramm Preparations The Gramm Gold-Electroforming-SystemTM
utilizes 24 Karat Gold, which makes it a better
alternative to the customary cast restorations
and full ceramic restorations. 24 Karat Gold
ensures the final crown will be more
durable and esthetic, while pure gold is
biocompatible to the human body.
Gold eliminates sensitivity and allergic
reactions. Gold expands and contracts
at the same rate as natural teeth
mimicking the natural dentition to the fullest.
The GESTM Process ensures dense
molecular structure, which provides
long term durability from stress fractures
and cracking. The marginal fit of an
electroformed coping is far superior to
a coping that is invested and cast off
the die. This allows for a better
marginal seal and greater ease in
seating the crown.

have worked effortlessl
to perfect the system to maximize
strength and esthetics. We have the
ability to manipulate the expansion
of our dies to vary the fits, contours
and thickness of the Gramm cores.
Furthermore since the gold substructure
requires the minimal amount of tooth
reduction (0.2 mm) we are able match
shades easier and achieve, beautiful
esthetics. The warm color of the gold
enhances the porcelain. Gold does not
stain or darken with age. Therefore, the
shade of the crown will remain constant
with the neighboring teeth, especially
at the gum line.
