Marotta Dental Studio is a universally renowned dental and medical engineering implant specialty lab. Each implant restoration is produced using the Marotta Laboratory Procedure System, a protocol developed by Leonard Marotta, which has gained the attention and approval of some of the most respected names in osseointegration.
We combine standard implant laboratory protocols with innovative frame designs, a simpler more precise methodology and the best materials. Deep access tubes, titanium, Argon Induction casting, Infra red, Plasma and laser welding are just a few features that distinguish the Marotta Laboratory Procedure System from standard techniques. We also use custom blended waxes, investments and alloys with a four-stage burnout procedure to minimize thermal expansion that can cause distortion and jeopardize a precise fit. As a result, you get a structurally stronger, more problem-free prosthesis as well as better esthetics. Our unique restorative protocol also requires a minimum of office visits to fit your patients with natural looking screw-retained fixed hybrid or ceramic prosthesis, single tooth prosthesis, patient removable prosthesis, milled spark erosion, EDM prosthesis and cemented over custom abutments prosthesis.
