Desktop Scanning

Desktop Scanning
D200 Scanner.png

Desktop scanning forms the backbone of our cad/cam department. We have the latest 3shape desktop scanners to quickly and acculturate digitize stone models.

Any zirconia restoration is produced this way unless it is scanned with an intraoral scanner. More importantly, we can even scan full articulators with the scanners to ensure the most accurate bite registration possible when designing.

Once scanned, there is virtually no limit to what we can achieve: whether milling or printing wax to cast, or fabricating full arch zirocnia restorations. Contact us today to learn more about all our cad/cam products.

Once scanned, all cases get designed digitally. Utilizing the 3shape design software, there is virtually no limit to what we can produce.

Intraoral Scanning

Intraoral scanning has been growing constantly over the years. Today's systems are easy to use, outstandingly accurate, and deliver consistent results.

Most importantly, they have come down considerably in price. We have a full digital program to allow offices to try out any scanner before making a purchase. Click here to learn more.

If you need a case scanned we also have a 3shape Trios scanner available at the lab. Let us bring the scanner to you for when a regular impression just won't do. Contact us to learn more.

Milling (CAM)

Milling
Full Arch Mill.jpg

Today's laboratory mills are smaller and faster then ever before. With the latest technology they pack a punch, delivering highly accurate mills for products from crowns and bridges to full arch restorations.

All our mills are 5-axis milling machines. This ensures that we can mill every contour, producing highly esthetic results.

All our zirconia is milled and then sintered for a 12 hour cycle to ensure the highest possible strength and esthetics. Contact us today to learn more about all our cad/cam products.

All composite and lithium silicates are milled in a 'wet' mill. These mills provide a high velocity coolant to the burs to ensure a clean mill with no fractures.

All our wet mills are also 5 access to ensure the best possible fit for all our restorations.

3D Printing

3D Printing

3D Printing is ushering in a new manufacturing revolution across many industries - and dentistry is no different.

Today, you can 3D print virtually anything. We regularly produce models, surgical guides, bite splints, nightguards, castable wax, and provisionals through our printers.

Utilizing the same design software, anything that we can design can be printed. You are even able to 3D print metal through the process of selective laser sintering.

Looking to the future, 3D printed ceramics are sure to become a manufacturing standard.
