A milled zirconia crown is cemented over a custom titanium base, either at the lab or intraorally. This custom base provides both an ideal emergence profile and substantial support vs. a traditional stock base. This allows for a better fitting restoration, with an adequate crown to implant ratio.

 

If you utilize an intraoral scanner, the monolithic BIC crown can be produced without a model, resulting in quicker turnaround times.
